Welcome to the world of Divine Combat! Have you ever wondered why is Lord called ‘Yahweh Sabboth’? ‘Yahwah Sabboth’ means the Lord of Hosts! In other words, God Almighty rules over all things both on earth and in heaven. This attribute of God Almighty always has a military connotation to it. The oppression of the Devil is nothing new however over the the tenacity of Satan’s attacks specially on the children of God is increasing day by day. These attacks takes the form of spiritual dryness, addictions, depression and various forms of violence that gets spilled over in our personal and social lives. This is the reason why God is raising up end time deliverance ministries today. ‘Nazareth Ministries Global is a deliverance ministry that specialises in casting out End time specific demonic spirits. Through this ministry, people will not only be anointed through the services of this ministry but also will be equipped with various spiritual weapons (Yes, you read it right-Spiritual weapons ).
Bro.Geo stated that the kingdom of God works like a governmental system. Hence, when it comes to overcoming Satan and his army, we need to carry the authority, permission and DUNAMIS power (to know more on Dunamis power, do read the blog of ‘What is Dunamis’) from the Lord ( Luke 10: 19). One of the ways to know whether we have God’s power is when we have God’s divine weapons invested in us. We as children of the Lord of Hosts are expected to overcome the satanic realm and gain victory by using the weapons that the Lord gives us.
The bad news is that Satan and his kingdom also possess weapons, but the good news is that their weapons are weaker than the weapons of the kingdom of God. Hallelujah !(Isaiah 54: 17). We should be serious about our fighting with the Devil’s kingdom. Every wrestling match has a set of rules likewise when it comes to Spiritual Combat ,Satan’s kingdom also has a rule i.e to never give up without putting up a fight. If they lose without fighting, it is considered to be a disgrace for the Satanic kingdom. Moreover, if the evil spirits don’t put up a fight, they will be punished by Satan himself.
If you are a good fighter in the spirit, special titles will be written on your forehead as a reward by the Lord. If you were to deliver a person who is oppressed by the evil spirits, you need to have the sufficient rank for the evil spirits to be manifested in the oppressed person. (Yup! THERE ARE RANKS IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD). Demons are the lowest in the ranking of the kingdom of Satan. Other demonic categories exist too such as Nephilims, Campions, Fallen Angels, and Special Demons. Special Demons are created in the Satanic spiritual labs. Specific days are chosen for warfare by the Devil, he doesn’t attack us every day! He chooses important days like birthdays, wedding anniversaries to create fights with family members so that he steals the joy of that day . He knows that special blessings are released on special days for us. So a family conflict on special days can hold back the blessings of the Lord. We need to seal all the days of our life especially important days by the blood of Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 6:10-17 shows us that God wants us to demonstrate His power to the forces of darkness, nations and other belief systems. DON’T BE JUST A BELIEVER WHO HAS MERE WORDS BUT NO DEMONSTRATION OF POWER! Put on the whole armour of God! Saint Paul gives us a clue of the hierarchy of the devil’s kingdom. Did you know that there are different departments or categories in the satanic realms? Department of Principalities, Rulers of Darkness, Spiritual Host of Wickedness and Powers of this dark world are names of some of the dark realms.It is a top-down structure consisting of many demonic spirits serving their high ranking masters. Even though Saint Paul mentions only few categories or departments, there are many more departments in the dark kingdom. As we must fight these various demonic entities, it’s extremely important that we are clothed with the whole armour of God. When we engage in spiritual warfare with the evil spirits, the Holy Spirit will show us the Achilles heel (weak areas) of these evil spirits by which we will be able to defeat them. Bro.Geo shared a spiritual mystery that when we expose the mysteries of the Satanic kingdom, we are elevated in the spirit by the Lord.
Brother Geo stated that by the grace of God, he has had multiple experiences of receiving different types of spiritual essentials like Crowns, Scrolls, Precious Gems Breastplates, Access Passes during his deliverance ministry (as mentioned in Ephesians chapter 6). He further confirmed that these heavenly elements are tangible in the spiritual world and are rewarded to us as and when we fulfil our God given assignments.
